A palisade fence is basically a steel, wooden, or concrete fence that is made up of posts and rails. The greatest advantage of this type of fence is the fact that it has functional benefits. A palisade fence is an effective after first line of defence in that it is difficult to climb over or to cut. The fact that there are spaces between the posts means that an intruder cannot hide behind the fence. If you want extra security, it is possible to inexpensively and easily fit the fence with electrified fencing. Another advantage of this type of fencing is the fact that it has great aesthetic value. When using palisade fencing, you get to choose from different materials in different styles and colours. This means that whatever your particular needs and circumstances are, there will definitely be something for you. This type of fencing is very easy to maintain since all that is required is a fresh coat of paint after a long time. This is the best type of fencing when enclosing a large property because it is one of the most affordable types of fencing.

Mon, 04 Jul 2011 07:19:01 -0700 Digestive Health Tips To Avoid Flatulence http://jhen.posterous.com/digestive-health-tips-to-avoid-flatulence http://jhen.posterous.com/digestive-health-tips-to-avoid-flatulence We all have a certain level of good bacteria in our digestive systems. These bacteria are absolutely necessary for our digestive health. They assist in the breaking down of complex sugars and the fermentation of food making it possible for our bodies to digest and absorb these sugars. However, the activity of these bacteria results in the formation of gas. This is passed out from the body through the rectum as flatulence. This is a normal part of the digestive process. It is normal to pass flatulence between 10 - 18 times in a day. If your system is working properly, the primary gases passed should be odorless and harmless. The gases that smell usually result as byproducts of food intake. If you are suffering from excessive flatulence, this may be a sign of poor digestive health. You can easily avoid excessive flatulence by taking the following simple measures: 1. Avoid milk and dairy products including medications that contain lactose. You may be lacking in the enzyme lactase which is necessary for the digestion of lactose. 2. Avoid vegetables like baked beans, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage. The digestion of these vegetables results in a greater production of gas. 3. Avoid starches that are hard to digest such as corn, wheat, potatoes and oats. Eat rice instead.

Mon, 04 Jul 2011 06:11:03 -0700 Acidophilus Capsules 101 http://jhen.posterous.com/acidophilus-capsules-101 http://jhen.posterous.com/acidophilus-capsules-101 We grew up knowing that bacteria are bad and are the major cause of many of the health problems we suffer. However, not all bacteria are bad. In fact there are some bacteria we cant do without. One such bacterium is Lactobacilus acidophilus. The health benefits of these bacteria have been known for thousands of years. Modern science has enabled us to take full advantage of these health benefits through the production of Acidophilus Capsules. L. acidophilus occurs naturally in the human digestive tract. These bacteria are crucial for the fermentation of food in the digestive tract. When the bacteria come into contact with sugar they begin to feed on the sugars and convert them into various products including lactic acid. The production of lactic acid lowers the pH of food and any liquid being digested thus preventing other flora from thriving in the digestive tract. Our bodies are therefore protected from other harmful bacteria and parasites. L. acidophilus are not the only beneficial bacteria in the body. Other bacteria such as L. casei and L. bulgaricus are also present in the digestive tract offering us similar health benefits. Acidophilus capsules contain all these bacteria to ensure maximum health benefit.

Thu, 18 Nov 2010 07:07:09 -0800 The best shrink wrap suppliers http://jhen.posterous.com/the-best-shrink-wrap-suppliers http://jhen.posterous.com/the-best-shrink-wrap-suppliers There is a real need for good shrink wrap suppliers in the UK at the moment, as so many companies in the UK use it to protect products during travel. Many of the large deliveries that travel on pallet loads are placed in shrink wrap before they travel to keep all the products on the pallet and ensure they are not damaged before they reach a store. It can also be used to wrap large quantities of catalgues for distribution. If a catalgoue is being delivered door to door, having a shrink wrap covering on it will keep it from being damaged by rain before the recipient receives it.

Tue, 28 Sep 2010 13:00:02 -0700 outdoor team building for a morale boost http://jhen.posterous.com/outdoor-team-building-for-a-morale-boost http://jhen.posterous.com/outdoor-team-building-for-a-morale-boost I used to hate company functions, especially those that involved standing around in a party that was as dull as dishwater, nursing a glass of wine and wishing I was at home. However, recently, my employers booked an outdoor team building event in the rugged countryside of Scotland. This was more like it! It was a wonderful occasion, and I saw many of my colleagues in a new light. While some were quiet and introspective, one or two became aggressive and highly competitive. It was a real eye-opener, to say the least, and a great time was had by everyone.
